Whistle-blowing
is an act of informing higher authorities about illegal or unethical practices
observed. While whistle-blowing is never an easy decision for any employee as
you might expose yourself to risk such as being terminated from work or your
life will be put in danger but nevertheless it will help curb corruption by
some public officials or employee. In doing this, the employee should have firm
decision and has all the necessary pieces of evidence to prove the issue.
